1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CruiseIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. CruiseIQ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

CruiseIQ is an AI-powered car search platform that helps users find, compare, and purchase vehicles. Our services include:

• Free tier: AI chat search, vehicle comparisons, price analysis, deal scores, and location-based search
• Expert Search ($149 one-time): Dedicated car search, market analysis, up to 3 dealer negotiations, and Carfax reports
• Deal Negotiator ($349 one-time): Everything in Expert Search plus unlimited dealer negotiations, trade-in assistance, and financing guidance
• Full Concierge ($699 one-time): Full-service car buying assistance including dedicated personal agent, paperwork handling, delivery coordination, and 30-day support

3. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We use magic link authentication — you will receive sign-in links via email.

4. Payments and Refunds

Paid services (Deal Finder and Concierge) are one-time purchases processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD. By purchasing a service, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

Refund policy: If we are unable to deliver the service as described, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@cruiseiq.ai. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

CruiseIQ uses artificial intelligence to provide car search results, price analysis, deal scores, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should independently verify important information before making purchasing decisions. CruiseIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Vehicle Listings

Vehicle listings displayed on CruiseIQ are sourced from third-party dealers and marketplaces. We do not own, sell, or lease vehicles directly. Listing availability, pricing, and vehicle condition are subject to change without notice. CruiseIQ is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party listing data, vehicle condition, or dealer representations.

7. Concierge Service

Our Concierge service acts as an intermediary between you and dealerships. We negotiate on your behalf but cannot guarantee specific pricing, vehicle availability, or transaction outcomes. Final purchasing decisions and agreements are between you and the dealership. CruiseIQ is not a party to any vehicle purchase agreement.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

9. Intellectual Property

The CruiseIQ name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by CruiseIQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruiseIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CruiseIQ in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@cruiseiq.ai.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
